Dr. Bartkus grew up in Massachusetts and attended college in western MA before completing veterinary school at Oregon State University. After graduating in 2015, he completed a one-year rotating internship at Colorado State University. He worked in general practice in Massachusetts for three years before returning to Oregon, where he has been with Willamette Valley Animal Hospital since. His interests include soft tissue surgery and feline medicine.
