Meet Dr. Bartkus, a compassionate veterinarian at Willamette Valley Animal Hospital. Originally from Massachusetts, Dr. Bartkus pursued his passion for veterinary medicine by attending college in western MA before obtaining his veterinary degree from Oregon State University in 2015.

Following his graduation, Dr. Bartkus honed his skills and gained valuable experience through a one-year rotating internship at Colorado State University. He then returned to his roots in Massachusetts, where he dedicated three years to practicing in general veterinary medicine before ultimately finding his way back to Oregon.

Since joining Willamette Valley Animal Hospital, Dr. Bartkus has been an invaluable member of the team, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He has a particular interest in soft tissue surgery and feline medicine, where he applies his skills to provide the highest standard of care to his patients.

With his dedication to the well-being of animals and his commitment to excellence in veterinary medicine, Dr. Bartkus continues to make a positive impact in the lives of pets and their owners at Willamette Valley Animal Hospital.
