Meet Emily, a dedicated member of the Willamette Valley Animal Hospital team. Amidst pursuing her studies in pharmacy at OHSU, Emily resides on a bustling family farm where she tends to over 100 chickens, four feline companions, and a loyal canine friend. Transitioning from a six-year tenure as a manager in the pizza industry, Emily found her passion in animal care upon joining WVAH in May of 2023.

Beyond her professional commitments, Emily extends her compassionate spirit to the community. As an intern at a non-profit equine therapy ranch, she devotes her time to training the horses for children in the foster care system. When not immersed in the world of veterinary medicine or academia, Emily indulges in her culinary pursuits, finding joy in cooking and baking. With her diverse experiences and unwavering dedication, Emily embodies the spirit of compassion and commitment to both animals and people alike.
