Here you are able to request your pet's prescription refill(s).
Fill out the information below, be sure to specify the quantity & which medication(s).
We will email you when your prescription is ready, please include any special instructions in the comments area.
Once your medication is ready you will be able to pick it up anytime we are open; Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-4pm, and Sunday 11am-4pm.
If the prescription is not picked up within 2 weeks it will be returned to stock and you will need to let us know if you would like us to refill it again.
