Dr. Morris received her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in 1986, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1990 from the Ontario Veterinary College in Ontario, Canada. She and her husband moved from Canada to Oregon in 1992 and are now US Citizens and permanent Oregonians.

Dr. Morris has owned 4 small animal AAHA accredited hospitals in the Portland area since 1995.

In 2008, Dr. Morris became a Board Certified Specialist in Canine and Feline Practice with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.

Dr. Morris has a keen interest in General Surgery and Orthopedics, and has expanded the Hospital's equipment to include bone fracture and bone plating equipment, ultrasound and laser technology. Over the years, general practice has evolved reapidly, with great advancements in medicine and surgery, which we continue to improve for you and your pet.

Dr. Morris does lectures in the local Oregon community on small animal anesthesia techniques, and pain management for local practitioiners with Pfizer Animal Health to help teach local practitioners the most up to date techniques and procedures to keep your pet healthy and pain free.

In her spare time, Dr. Morris and her pack of mini Aussies, Neon, Rosie, and Hurricane, are competing in agility and conformation shows.
